Upcoming Small Cars in India
The Indian auto market is expected to be flooded with a swarm of small cars manufactured by both Indian and foreign car manufactures according to a survey conducted by auto experts. Here is a list of the Upcoming Small Cars that are looking to enter the Indian auto market.
REVA NXR
REVA plans to introduce a two door four seater hatchback in the global market. The car has been designed by the famous car stylist Dilip Chhabria. The REVA NXR will have a range of 160 km per charge and top speed of 104 kmph. The REVA NXR will be powered by lithium ion batteries with longer charge time. The car will be equipped with the new REVive telematics technology that can act as an invisible reserve fuel tank in case of emergency. The car will go on production by the beginning of 2010 and should be available in the market by the first quarter next year. The NXR will be displayed in the upcoming 63rd Frankfurt International Motor Show (IAA) in Germany.
