The Indian automobile industry is all set to accord a red carpet welcome to many more exciting sedans from well known Indian car manufacturers and foreign car manufacturers in the future. As per a recent study conducted by experts in the auto industry, the five listed cars will hit Indian roads next year and gain a greater importance than others. New Honda Civic

Honda has decided to redesign the next generation Civic, but will keep the identity of the car intact. The new Honda Civic will retain a lot of design cues from the current Civic, however, the new car will not be as low slung as the current one. The current low slung Civic has drawn a lot of criticisms, especially from older customers. Rumours have it that Honda will make its hybrid system more mainstream in India. Honda is planning to bring an alternative engine to the 1800cc petrol engine that powers the car. Also possible is a 1600cc downsized motor, with an option of automatic transmission.

Estimated Price Tag: Rs 12.40-14 Lakh
