General Motors is all set to launch an 800cc version of the Spark. Keeping in mind the high demand for cheap small cars in India, GM has decided to roll out this compact car. It would be the lowest priced offering from GM's stables. The Spark 800, which is a smaller version of the Spark hatchback, will be hopped up by a 795cc 3-cylinder that will unleash 50bhp. Since GM plans to roll out this car at a throw-away price, this car is likely to miss out on a few luxury features like Airbags, ABS, Fog lamps and a few other comfort features like AC, Power windows, camong other things. It's likely to go on sale in India very soon.

Expected Launch Date: 2013

Estimated Price Tag: Rs 3 Lakhs.
