Maruti Suzuki SX4 is a premium class saloon offered by the Indian auto giant Maruti Suzuki. There are three variants each for diesel and petrol along with a CNG fuel option. The premium sedan has three engine options. The 1586 cc petrol engine with VVT churns out 103 bhp @ 5600 rpm and has a torque rating of 145 Nm. The 1248 cc Super Turbo diesel engine churns out 88 bhp @ 4000 and peak torque of 200 Nm. The CNG version of 1586 cc engine churns out 85 bhp @ 5600 rpm and maximum torque stands at 122 Nm. The technologically advanced engines are connected to 5-speed manual transmission system. The suspension system comprises of McPherson Strut with Anti-Roll Bar at front and Semi Independent Torsion Beams with Gas Filled Shock Absorbers at rear. The interior is classy carrying beige coloured upholstery, AC, touch screen navigation and audio system, wood and chrome trims. Dual contrast front bumper, bold chrome tipped front grille, ORVM with turn indicators and wrap around headlamps and bulky trunk stand as exterior features.
