The Toyota Camry is a midsize family sedan that hit Indian roads with redesigned roomy interiors, luxury-oriented features, class-leading safety features, and an updated 167 bhp engine to consolidate its position in the sedan segment. This technologically advanced, stylish, and reliable sedan is offered in two variants in India: Manual and Automatic. Both the variants are powered by the refined 2.4-litre 4-cylinder VVT-i engine that generates a remarkable 167 bhp. The engine is either linked to a 5-speed automatic transmission or a 5-speed manual transmission. The cabin is built with a new "Plasma cluster” ionizer technology that helps reduce airborne mould spores, microbes, fungi, odours, germs, and bacteria inside the cabin. The stylish and lavish cabin of the car features an impressive list of luxury amenities including an updated dash and a steering wheel with mounted controls. In the front, the distinct crease lines on the hood, headlights, and bumper have also been redesigned.
