The Mahindra Verito is equipped with a flamboyant 4 cylinder, 8 valve, 1390 cc petrol engine which churns out a maximum of 75 bhp @ 5500 rpm and the maximum torque is 110 Nm @ 3000 rpm.

The splendid 4 cylinder, 8 valve 1461 cc diesel engine churns out a maximum of 65 bhp @ 4000 rpm and the maximum torque is 160 Nm @ 2000 rpm. The engines are mated with 5-speed manual transmission.

The suspension device consist of MacPherson-type with wishbone link in the front and H-Section torsion beam with programmed deflection-coil spring at the rear which conveys comfortable ride even on bumpy roads. The turning radius is 5.25 m which helps the car to manoeuvre easily to any nook and corner of the city.

The Mahindra Verito flaunts sophisticated bends, masculine body lines, and bold cuts that impart an elegant new look to this sedan. The exterior features include front grille with chrome top bezel, windshield wiper, reverse light, body colored bumpers and high mount stop lamp.
