Chevrolet Spark, the popular small car from the stables of General Motors, has become more sporty and stylish. The Chevrolet Spark is equipped with a splendid S-Tec, 995 cc petrol engine that churns out 62 bhp @ 5400 rpm and delivers a torque of 90.3 Nm @ 4200 rpm. This engine is economical yet powerful. The engine is loaded with many innovative new features like a Dual Distributor-Less Ignition System (DDLI), Sequential MPFI, an Advanced Optical Sensor and a Motorized Throttle Intake System (MTIS). This assures smooth, efficient, reliable, noiseless and low-maintenance operation.

The LPG variants of Chevrolet Spark is equipped with a sequential injection-type LPG kit which has many advantages like good fuel economy, no engine backfiring while changing to LPG mode or back to petrol mode, better power and pick-up, lower emissions and low running cost. The 995 cc SOHC LPG engine churns out 62 bhp in petrol mode and 60 bhp in LPG mode and delivers a torque of 90.3 @ 4200 rpm. The engines are mated to 5 speed manual transmission system.

The suspension system consists of McPherson Strut with Anti roll bars in the front and Torsion Beam Axle at the rear which makes the ride comfortable even on bumpy roads. The turning radius of 4.5 m helps the Spark to maneuver easily throughout the city.

The Chevrolet Spark is endowed with a new and strikingly crisp aerodynamic frame that is unique. The twin port grille with Chevy signature imparts a strong and refined statement.
