Inside the classy cabin, the Maruti Suzuki Wagon R boasts of dual-tone interiors, ample space and a well-equipped dashboard. On the outside, it receives subtle design tweaks including dual-slat front grille, huge air dam, sporty fog lamps and new bumper. It is powered by the same 998cc three-cylinder K-10 engine that develops 67 bhp at 6200 rpm and 90 Nm of torque at 3900 rpm. The upgraded car claims to deliver a fuel efficiency of 20.51kmpl (petrol) and 19.3 kmpl (CNG). The 2013 Wagon R retains the cable type transmission and frame-type suspension of its predecessor model. Maruti Suzuki has geared up its favorite hatch with a fully-loaded 'Eagle Wings' music system, complete with USB connectivity, an AUX-in port and a highly improved control panel. It boasts of safety features like central locking system, child safety locks, anti-theft alarm, rear seat belts, seat belt warning, keyless entry, engine immobilizer and centrally mounted fuel tank. The Wagon R comes with a slew of comfort features like power steering, power windows, accessory power outlet, rear seat headrest, rear reading lamp, and front cup holders.
