Efficient Dynamics

The New Swift DZire offers a choice of two engines. The 1197 cc 4-cylinder K-Series Petrol engine with VVT which churns out a power of 86 bhp @ 6000 rpm and a maximum torque of 114 Nm @ 4000 rpm. The 1248 cc 4-cylinder DDiS engine delivers 74 bhp power @ 4000 rpm and a maximum torque of 190 Nm @ 2000 rpm. It comes with an option of 4-speed automatic transmission and the 5-speed manual transmission.

The New Swift Dzire, for the first time, comes with the option of automatic transmission for effortless and smooth driving experience.

The steady front (MacPherson strut with coil spring) and the rear (Torsion-beam with coil spring) suspensions, deliver a more enjoyable and steady drive. The new 15-inch ventilated front disc and rear drum brakes, along with the Brake Assist System (BAS), give greater braking efficiency even in emergency situations.
