Volkswagen Jetta

Volkswagen, the renowned luxury car manufacturer from Germany has once again sprinkled its auto magic with the launch of Volkswagen Jetta (petrol and diesel version) in India. Jetta that hails from the sedan family will be the next successful model after luxury saloon Passat that will shine on the Indian roads.

Powered by 1.6-litre petrol, the car churns out close to 100 bhp and the 1.9-litre diesel engine is expected to deliver 115 bhp. Jetta offers a choice of a 5-speed manual or a 6-speed automatic gearshift. The car will be the longest car in the Indian C-segment sedans.

With the price tag of Rs 12 Lakh (ex-showroom Delhi), this hot looking sedan will give a tough competition to the successful marquees like Honda City, Ford Fiesta, Hyundai Verna and Maruti SX4.
