Rolls Royce Phantom Drophead Coupe
The design of the Phantom Drophead coupe is inspired from the classic J-class racing yachts (the fastest yachts of their time) of the 1930s. Similar to racing yachts, the car carries a spectacular combination of agility, versatility, and performance. It has a folding soft-top (cloth hood) unlike a metal roof which is common in other coupes. The front of the car is stylish with the streamlined radiator grille.
The car comes with a 6.75-litre V12 engine that churns out 453 bhp and provides a silky smooth drive. It attains a speed of 60 km/h within just 5.7seconds and is capable of achieving a top speed of 149 km/h. The car ensures proper safety of the driver as well as the occupants with a host of standard safety features like a pair of immensely sophisticated ‘pop-up’ roll-over protection devices, integrated front seat airbags and seatbelt pre-tensioners, Anti-Lock Braking System (ABS), Dynamic Brake Control (DBC), Cornering Brake Control (CBC), Dynamic Traction Control (DTC), Dynamic Traction Control (DTC), and a Intelligent Safety and Information System (ISIS). The stunning car costs around Rs 4 Crore.
