New Hyundai Next Gen i10- Engine and Power, Mileage/Fuel Efficiency

D-lite, Era, Magna and Magna O variants come in only petrol versions. The three variants feature the same IRDE engine. Other engine options of the car include a 1.2 litre kappa2 with VTVT and a 1.1 litre IRDE2 with LPG kit.

The 1.1 litre engine gives out 69 BHP @ 5500 rpm with a maximum torque of 101 Nm @2800 rpm.  Fuel efficiency of the 1.1 litre engine works out to 15 kmpl on the city roads and to 19.81 kmpl on the highways. The 1.2 litre Kappa2 engine gives out 87 bhp @6,000 rpm with a maximum torque of 112 Nm @4,000 rpm. The engines deliver high levels of fuel efficiency while being low on emissions. The 1.25 litre variant emits just 1.27 gms of CO2 per km. The mileage of the 1.2 litre Kappa engine works out to 20.39 kmpl. The 1.1 IRDE2 engine delivers a mileage of 19.81 kmpl.
