Ford India has appointed Vinay Piparsania as the company’s new Executive Director, Marketing, Sales and Service.
Piparsania had been associated with Ford since 1996. As a general Manager, Sales, he had played a substantial role in setting up a strong dealer network of Ford across the nation. Piparsania has been the vice president, Marketing, Sales and Service and External Affairs, in his succeeding role. He had managed Ford’s brand image in India by the launch of Endeavour, Classic SXi and Fusion. Before his present appointment, he was the vice president, Marketing and Sales, at Ford Group Philippines. During this tenure, he was incharge of the launches of all-new Ford Ranger, the all-new Ford Focus and the Ford Mustang and also managed a booming dealership network.
Piparsania will assume his post on 1st September 2012 and will report to Micheal Boheman, President Managing Director.
