Ford launches 24x7 roadside assistance

11 April, 2008
Car failure, transportation of cars, fuel shouldn’t bother Ford cars owners in India anymore.

The Ford India has launched a 24hr – Ford Serve Roadside Assistance. All Ford new cars will be able to avail the roadside assistance for a period of 2 years from the year of sales said Ford India, Vice President (Marketing, sales and service) Scott McCormack. This service will be effective for those who purchased Ford cars after April 1, and the existing customer has to pay 1,100 annually to use this service.

The service is accessible to Ford users by using a free national toll number. A Ford driver will have just to intimate the control room about any problem from fuel requirement to car breakdown and the control room will rush for assistance.  According to Ford India Vice President the feedback for the new service from customers has been encouraging. Ford has always known for promptness and quality in its service.

The RSA programme will be implemented in a phased manner across Delhi, NCR, Mumbai, Chennai, Bangalore and Pune in phase one. The service will also be extended to Hyderabad, Kochi, Ludhiana and Chandigarh.
