Tata Motors is planning to reach out more customers by offering them free check-up services and to strengthen customer-manufacturer relationship through this unique nationwide campaign.
Tata Motors has organized a free summer check-up campaign for its customers of small cars, sedans and utility vehicles across various metros in the country. The campaign had already commenced in Mumbai from March 31 and will last up to May 10 this year.
It will involve all Tata motors dealerships, select authorized service centers and Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) of air-conditioners, batteries, auto electrical wiring and fuel injection system.
Tata’s customers can get their car including
small cars, luxury cars and SUVs checked thoroughly by experts. This free-check summer campaign will comprise of servicing vehicle parts, air conditioner, fuel system, electrical wiring and others, besides the company is also offering attractive discounts on repairs. Experts from OEM manufacturers will attend to problem in cars and also give advice on the appropriate repairs required for optimum functioning of the cars.
However, it is not clear as to how many cities will be covered under this campaign. The customers will have to take their cars to select authorized services centers in the metros. They can contact their nearest Tata dealers and get details of the selected authorized dealer.
