Some GPS system comes with a monitor that displays a map usually installed on a car’s dashboard and the most important thing is to see whether the vehicle would support such a feature.

Though the device has gained much popularity it also has some drawbacks. One of the major problems is the blockage of the signal transmission by obstacles such as mountains, high buildings, tunnels and urban canyons. New models are being developed every year to fix the problems in the older version with improved accuracy and more user-friendly features.
