According to the survey, Maruti Suzuki Alto ranked the first in premium compact car segment and Maruti Suzuki Esteem ranked first in entry level mid-size car across nine different parameters.
A similar survey known as J.D Power APEAL, conducted in 2004 also ranked Maruti Suzuki Esteem as No. 1 in entry level mid-sizers and WagonR in premium compact cars. This study covered the issues related to design, layout, and performance across 8 parameters. In both the surveys, Maruti cars have proved their worth.
