2009 Volkswagen CC

An all-new replacement for the outgoing 350Z, the 2009 Nissan 370Z is a coupe that comes in Base and Touring variants. The convertible version retains the 350Z name. The new 370Z benefits from a revised superior quality interior. It is powered by a bigger 3.7-litre V6 engine that produces 332bhp and 366 Nm of torque. A six-speed manual transmission is standard and a seven-speed automatic gearbox is optional.

2009 Lexus IS Convertible

The 2009 IS Convertible was unveiled in U.S. at the 2008 L.A. Auto Show. The aggressively designed IS Convertible gets two doors and a seamlessly integrated, lightweight aluminum hardtop that retracts itself in just 20 seconds. The IS 250 C features a 204bhp 2.5-litre, V6 engine, while the 350 C has a potent 306bhp 3.5-litre, V6 engine. Both engines come with a six-speed automatic transmission.

The 2009 335d is BMW’s first clean-diesel engine for the United States. This twin-turbocharged, six-cylinder generates 265bhp and a pavement-rippling 576.2 Nm of torque. It achieves fuel economy of 9.7 km/l in city and 14 km/l on highway. The 335d also meets the latest strict emissions requirements of all 50 states in the U.S.
