Increasing population along with the increasing number of cars on roads is adding to the driver’s frustration. While he is angry and frustrated he is not bothered where he is, who is he shouting at and what is the aftermath. He simply shouts and becomes furious at the middle of the road. This is what is known as road rage.

When you are too much under stress, you don’t even realize what you say and what you do. So, relieve your stress through soft music, talking to your dear ones or by having a sound sleep.
Have Proper Sleep : It is said that every individual requires a minimum sleep of eight hours because lack of sleep often leads to annoyance, resentment and even rage. Eight hours is still the recommended daily dose of sleep for adults. With improper sleep you are tend to be more aggressive while driving, so take good amount of sleep before going ahead with your car.
Safe Driving : You need to incorporate safe driving habits to avoid any kind of road rage and accidents. Don’t ever drive your car in a hurry, plan your destination and journey time well in advanced so that you get enough time to reach your destination.
Be Courteous : Don’t be hostile to others. Before bursting your anger on any car driver, try to place yourself in his shoes and consider what you would feel if anyone does the same with you. Trust, it’s really difficult to digest anyone’s anger on the middle of the road. Try to be rational and polite behind your car wheels.
Signal Attention : Always make sure that you provide the right signals or indications before turning or changing lanes while driving your car. If in case you forget to give a signal, you may face a forceful fury. Don’t give anyone a chance to burst on you. Remember that many people are sharing the same road.
Avoid Aggressive Music : Listening to aggressive music can make you more aggressive and pump your anger. So, while enjoying your car ride, ensure that you hear to relaxing and heart touching music.
Give Time to Breathe : If you are out for a vacation and driving a prolonged trip, give time to yourself to breathe. Don’t stretch yourself for more than three hours while driving a car. Continuous driving for a long time stiffs your back and blocks your energy. You simply stretch yourself which further results in fury or anger.
