Mitsubishi MMR25

The MMR25 is a concept rally car designed for the year 2025. But it might actually take longer than that, given the technological sophistication it needs.
Mitsubishi describes it as an electric rally racer working on batteries that can give up to 1,000 miles on a single charge.
That's not all. It is an omni-directional vehicle that can move along any axis. The power-train has four in-wheel electric motors besides the eight supplemental motors in each wheel which make the omni-directional movement possible. Glass windscreen has given way to a 360-degree screen that displays images from cameras mounted on the vehicle.
TransforMiss electric car

This is a concept car powered by electric motors. We have all come across concept cars that only shift their shape in two ways, a bike and a car. But here is something to exercise your brains. The TransforMiss
concept car can be ridden in three ways, a bike, car and trike. Designer Thierry Dumaine took inspiration from "a woman" who according to him is never the same.
The car can accommodate two passengers and can be driven from either seat by simply shifting the position of the steering wheel. The car can be driven, depending on the traffic conditions and user preferences, with two, three or four wheels.
The four-wheel mode of the car is best-suited for the mountains and features enhanced security features. The three-wheel drive is there for a purely different driving experience, while the two-wheel drive helps fight the traffic congestion.
GM Car Hero

To attract the generation Z brought up with gaming consoles, cellphones and other mobile gadgetry by their side,
General Motors has brought a car concept dubbed "Car Hero" that combines the pleasures of gaming and social networking with real-life driving.
The Car Hero has got easy control features, like you enter the destination into the navi app on your smartphone and the car will take you there. And as soon as your hands get free, the vehicle unlocks the controls so that you can take control of the vehicle.
The concept car can restructure itself in three different drive modes, ranging from a four, to three, to a single wheeled vehicle. Additionally, the vehicle also includes P2P applications, such as Friends Drive, which allows your friends to catch the car and take a digital joyride.
Morph

This concept was first displayed at the 2009 Melbourne International Motor Show. The car is designed by Daniel Fitzgerald, based on the idea of having adjustable and separable four wheels and a main cabin. The wheel pontoons, which are hydraulically attached to the main cabin, make the car adjustable.
In a given situation, the car can turn into a large sedan for highway driving or can shrink into a smart car for the city traffic. Powered by electricity, the car can seat three people. It is also equipped with an automated parking feature that can drop you off at your destination and link it to a parking network.
Stretch

New technologies are helping auto designers to think of ways that are unique and out-of-the-box. Auto designer Jeremy Richards designed the Stretch concept car, which has the capability to transform its shape from a big highway-safe vehicle to something small to tackle city traffic, and all this at the simple touch of a button.
The concept car is powered by rechargeable batteries and wheels that can pivot 180 degrees to allow easy manoeuvre. It has plenty of space to carry two adults and the steering wheel folds away and makes room for the driver to enter or exit easily.
